About ParrLeads
Built for Contractors. Proven in Montana.
ParrLeads is a family-owned agency in Billings, MT. We help contractors in Eastern Montana get more of the right jobs — through Google Ads, sales funnels, and AI tools built around how your business actually works.
The Story
Started in 2019. Still Family-Owned.
ParrLeads was founded in 2019 by Jim Hilger in Billings, Montana. The idea was straightforward: contractors in Eastern Montana were getting sold generic marketing packages that weren't built for their trade, their service area, or the way their customers actually find and hire them.
Jim built ParrLeads to fix that. Every campaign, every landing page, every system is built around the specific contractor — the services they want to sell, the territory they serve, and the jobs that are actually worth winning.
We're still family-owned. We work with a small number of contractors at a time so the work stays focused and the results stay measurable. No account managers, no handoffs, no mystery.
The Founder
Jim Hilger
Owner, ParrLeads for Contractors
Jim Hilger founded ParrLeads in Billings in 2019 after watching too many contractors get burned by marketing agencies that didn't understand their trade, their territory, or their customers. He built ParrLeads to be the opposite — focused, transparent, and built around the contractor's actual business goals.

How We Work
A Few Things We Believe.
You own your account.
Your Google Ads account belongs to you — not us. If you ever leave, you take everything with you. No hostage situations.
More leads isn't always better.
Ten qualified calls from the right homeowners beat fifty leads you never wanted to talk to. We optimize for quality first.
Honest about what we don't know.
We don't guarantee lead counts or job outcomes. Google's auction, your competition, and your sales process all affect the result. We'll tell you what we can control and what we can't.
Reporting should mean something.
Impressions and clicks are easy to report. We'd rather show you calls, appointments, and what changed — and why.
Montana-sized service area.
We work with contractors in Eastern Montana and within a 200-mile radius of Billings. We know the market, the distances, and what it takes to win work here.
